How Engagements Work

When a client opportunity arises:

  • Joel M. Winston & Company leads client acquisition and deal structure
  • The appropriate Executive Partner is introduced after client alignment
  • Scope, compensation, and timelines are discussed transparently
  • Engagements may include:
    • Fractional leadership roles
    • Strategic advisory
    • Hands-on execution
    • Revenue-share or performance-aligned models (when appropriate)

Each engagement is structured individually.
